Tom resides in Scottsdale, Arizona with his amazing wife and beautiful children.

Tom spent most of his youth and nearly all of his adult years in pursuit of the "American Dream".  As a serial entrepeneur, Tom started and ran a number of successful ventures in the finance and real estate industries as a financier, investor, landlord and developer.  He spent the years doing what he thought he was supposed to do.  He worked hard, saved, invested, worked harder, rinsed and repeated.  Following "the plan" he got married, had children, provided the white picket fence.  From all outward appearances, Tom had the dream life, the life he was taught to live.  

Yet, something was missing and it wasn't a "thing" at all.  Tom had a deep nagging feeling that the life he was living  wasn't the one he was supposed to.  Questions like "Is this it?"  and "Aren't I supposed to be happy and content at this point?" started to crop up and become more persistent.  Tom didn't realize it at the time, but he was about to embark on one of the hardest and most rewarding journeys he could have never imagined. 

At the core of it, through teachers, experiences and training, learning and growing, Tom became aware that he had been living a life, that while rewarding on many levels, and while knowing he had a lot to be grateful for, was a life that he had not designed and not in alignment with who he had become.  His life was the life expected of him rather than the life he would have chosen.  It was a life of obligation and not of choice, doing and achieving rather than of being with passion and purpose.  

Through what only could be called a universal or divine intervention, Tom found himself in the care of a group of teachers, shaman, and seekers who picked him up when he was unable to do so for himself.  They taught him lessons, perspectives, love, kindness, empathy, deep lasting connection and inclusion and taught him how to live a life of intention, purpose and passion.  He finally had a glimpse of joy and fulfillment he never thought possible. 

For years after and continuing today, Tom immersed himself into nearly every healing modality he could get himself into near and far.  He leaned on and into the tightest community around him, learning, loving and living the best days he had ever experienced.  Not far into this journey, a new set of questions appeared.  Why doesn't everyone live this way?  Why isn't this way of living one's life available to everyone?  What would our world be like if others could change their lives like this? 

Little by little and with no intention on Tom's part, people began to approach Tom and ask for help, ask how he got here.  Tom was asked to speak to groups of struggling people and his tribe of teachers and students grew.  It has been an authentic, purposeful and passionate journey since those days and inadvertently uncovered a passion to help people live an intentional life of purpose and passion ever since.  

Drawing on his vast and ever growing experience, big heart and bigger passion, Tom's mission is to help those he encounters find themselves and that life.
